Health Choice Utah Van

At Health Choice Utah, we are passionate about serving our community. Health Choice partners with community organizations, primary care physician practices and community health clinics to improve the quality of life in our community through health education. The Health Choice Utah Van is staffed by members of the Health Choice Utah team and is available to health fairs and other health-related events designed for the people and communities we serve
